Really, really, really nice...!!
Materials seem to be perfect...!However, the lightning on the wall with the window seem a bit strange...
It looks as if the spots are emitting light as if it was a fluorescent tube or something... They doesn't emit as spots...?!?

Very nice images, however I dunno if you have kids but here in my world a kids room can never be that neat, clean and organised.

The cupboards (colliding squares) seem to be a little 'faux pas' though.
The airco seems a little small as well.Otherwise, great image, nice colors/materials and good lighting!

Beautifull room, great render, nice design... but cold tiles on the floor in the child's room?... Shouldn't there be some warm light wooden floor?...

stereofidelic: im from tampico, on the golf of mexico, the weather here is extremly hot, really hot, so in my proposals for clients i try to use always cold materials to make it feel more cool,,also wood floor here are too expensive...but thx for your coments bro!!
