Here are 2 frogs I photographed. These were taken in Cambria, California on New Years Eve a few years ago. Notice the first frog has a gimpy left arm. Yes, photographing frogs was the absolute #1 thing I wanted to be doing on New Year's eve - frogs are great!
And then the lady bug was taken this last week in my backyard with a new Canon DSLR I just bought.

Which begs the question: "Why are you using PrintKey?" ...
@unknownuser said:
PrintKey-Pro is a system tray-based program that captures all or any part of the picture on your monitor screen with the press of the Print Screen key...
-
GoldenFrog, does this hobby of photographing frogs have anything to do with your nickname?
Chris, so you're an accomplished architect, coder, painter and photographer. Wow.
Since you guys are posting animals, I have one to add. I can't remember if I already posted this Iguana. It was outside my house, in the ficus tree.

I'm using printkey to resize the pictures. The resolution of my original pics is too large to post.
Ecuadorian: Very good shot of the iguana. I have to say, it's very hard to catch that perfect moment. As for my photographing of frogs because of my nickname...No, actually, my nickname is based on my liking for frogs. -
You can use Windows Photo Gallery which comes with your machine to crop/resize without messing up the photo...

I just want to say that I have enjoyed viewing this thread, and the talents of so many.
Would there be any objection to posting images of drawings derived from photos here? -
I didn't start the thread, but I would love to see some of your drawings.

So, what happened to this thread? Is there a second part I'm not aware of?
-
Thanks KXI. Hey, someone should reply on the "A Fun Little Game, Continued" thread before doing so is considered bumping a dead thread.

Must be Connemara then!!Not Connemara Dermot. Its a local pathway (5 minutes from my front door) that leads from my home town Ennis to a local lake (Kilone). The path predates historical manuscripts of the 1100s. It more that likely goes back to pagan times.
The great thing about the path is that it has remained untouched until recently. A new motorway now cut it in half! There are parts of the path that have cart wheel grooves over 4" deep, cut into the limestone. Every time I walk the path (which is often) I get a feeling on being in touch with the past. I'll post some more pictures as spring comes in.

Wow, Mike, nice photo there. It's called rocyroad2, do you have a rockyroad1?
-
Hi GF,
Its just on path, although split by a motorway. The nest time I'm out for a walk there I will take a selection of picture and upload. Its pissing rain here for the next few days and I'm only a fair weather walker so it will be a few days.

Here are some shots I took today. Thunderstorms rolled through last night which spawned an F3 tornado. The last time High Point, NC had a tornado was when I was 5 or 6 (I think, Haha).. I'm now 24. There were a few injuries reported but no fatalities. Woowee.
