WOWWOOWW! DE hdri right?I'm shooting everything RAW and using various editing techniques depending on the subject. As far as HDR goes, it's quite restrictive since the subject needs to be virtually movement free and that really limits it's usability for me. Right now, I use PhotoMatix (PSCS4 HDR is lame) to process some of the single images after I EV alterer them - then I tonemap and finally take them back into PS and/or LightRoom. Each photo is a different set of challenges.
BUBBALOVE... nice to see you are back. Cool clock.
Cheers,
DEyou knwo what i found with my camera DE, it has a multiple exposure setting, where when you put it on that dial, it will quickly take 3 different exposure of the subjects within a second. its a kinda like multipe burst.

first was just the grafitti, now it has a truck. are you doing some photo animation DE? -
Just want to let all the photographers know how much I've been enjoying your images. nomeradona, your pictures are luminous ... full of wonderful light. You are a master. I have a new appreciation of Vietnam because of them!

My camera will only bracket three/half stops and ideally I need a minimum of original/-2/+2 for a true HDRI. The bigger issue is if there is any movement like a windy day pushing clouds or some object that is moving even a quick bracket time of say 1 second means every frame has movement and the HDR just can't align them cleanly enough for a sharp image.

This is actually a composite of two photo images. I took a shot of the truck I was happy with but the background was uninteresting - I then went searching for a suitable background and found the abandoned graffiti building. Then I comped the two shots and started to play.
I am interested in the 'fine art' of digital photography, the 'Three Kids' is a good example, so I am experimenting with various processing techniques. Here's another style approach for the truck - I like how a change to desaturation conveys a different emotional message.

haha. thanks bartel. now i have to charge the ministry of tourism and culture of vietnam. kidding aside, i think vietnam really is a fascinating country to visit. it has long histroy, unique culture and the arts it has a lot of tourism products. -
Thanks nomerdona.
Here is the inside of the truck AND the cabin from an earlier boat photo. I shot the cabin looking through a window so I could get reflections of the outside. I'm still not too sure about the blown out window... right now I like it because it is a natural element and kind of feels right.
