      This my first post on sketchucation and first of all thanks for this great forum! i look forward to meeting new ppl and learning more πŸ˜„

      Heres a spining top i modelled completely by accident the other day whilst using the free draw tool and "follow me" option in sketchup. I cleaned it up a little and decided to give it a cook in kerkythea.

      Some tips on how to enhance the image would be great, especially some way to achieve motion blur πŸ˜„

        Ive just noticed that the image has been cropped when i posted it on this website.. How can i fix this? πŸ˜„

          in order to help you, let us know something more.

          which program did you use to render it?

          what about the background? if you could use an hdri image it would improve your lighs and shadows.

          to achieve some good motion blur, if yout render engine doesn't make it, you can use any image editor like photoshop, paint shop pro, the gimp, project dogwaffle and so on.

            Hi matteo πŸ˜ƒ sorry for the late reply i capped my internet lasy week... =(

            i am using a hdri in this image but for some reason it is out of focus... i have a lot of trouble using hdri images...

            the render engine im using is Kerkythea.
