I imagine that was modeled but I am not understanding the planes above the house (blue). It make it look like a group of pictures put together. Maybe more of a background will bring things together.

Perhaps a photomatch from a few stitched photos?

Whatever it is, it looks good

Less white on the façade wouldnt go amiss though, slightly blinding at the moment.
