I have always worked with this type of file manager since using Directory Opus on the Commodore Amiga. I have tried many variations on Windows and this has to be one of the best. Particulary as its free!

I have always worked with this type of file manager since using diskMaster on the Commodore Amiga. I have tried many variations on Windows and this IMHO has to be one of the best. Warning: it's shareware, but very useful and cool! Even the rich library of available plugins.
