    This is an grey scale image of a house I'm working on. This was done with Jim's (and Dave R) grey scale ruby. I think this script has wonderful utility. Leaving a little color appeals to my eye, anyway. It looks like a night shot with a full moon.10-4-08 ImageA.jpg

      Nice one Ron. Neat house too. I think SU comes across well in monochromatic (or dichromatic) presentations, without a lot of rendering. ("day for night")

        Thanks. I agree, SU works very well with it's native features. I still use version 5. I might convert this to version 6 and play around with styles.

          Looks great, Bellwells. Have you tried changing the ground plain from white to a gray to match terrain?

            That's a great idea. I'll try that. I was just goofing around with the script and thought this image looked pretty cool.

            Edit: It does look better this way:

              Yep, much better than the white horizon line. With the black sky, definitely looks like a night time shot.
