Rogue's W.I.P's!

You might want to work only on two models at a time. Otherwise things don't really work quite well. My work is easy compared to yours, but working with more than two models gets annoying and one ends up finished months later.

You really do spectacular work i love visiting you "nook" please keep on posting

Thanks for the advice and comments, they are always welcome.
New model!
My Thirty Sixth wheel. Based off that of the Audi RS6. I have dropped the detail a bit, from a 100 sided circle to a 50 sided one. This is a request by Alex.

50-sided is still "heavy". I once did a 100-sided wheel for Alex (Viper, I think) and then compared it to its 24-sided version: My head exploded. 50-sided wheels still have the same effect, so I got rid of my old wheels and redid them. But who knows, may be some day I'll do 100-sided ones...
Great wheel by the way, and not just because I'm an Audiphile...

Didn't know you guys incredibly rise the edges in a circle.......
great wheel by the way -
... Nothing new? Okay.

I was just updating one of my models - the Gallardo racecar - and I saw one of my older models in the related item list. It was the Cadillac XLR and my god is it hideous. What was I even thinking?
Ever happened this to you? Ever modelled anything weird in the past and wished it'd go away?

..A render of my XA GT

Anomaly fixed in CS2:

Lol, I know what you mean. Thatβs why I go through and clean out my models occasionally.
-
Cheater.
I have to retouch renders with Photoshop A LOT. It's almost impossible to get what you want out these render programs - it's like they have a mind on their own.

Now that I have all the Falcon base models made I have started work on a little surprise...
-
Is it the Mad Max Falcon ?
-
Nope. I'll post a video on youtube in a few days.

Alright then, I'll be waiting.
Until then: slow-motion car-porn!

I always liked the design of this model. I made the original when I first started using SU, it was quite some time ago and I had very little modeling ability then. I spent an hour or so over the past few days tidying the old model up and making it look all nice and shiny. This has the same specs as the original; Duratec, Twin Turbocharged V6, around 250 - 320hp, MR layout. This was largely inspired by the Noble M12 and the Ford Escort RS Cosworth. I am also planning on cleaning up another similar model which was based on the same design as this. Enjoy the Nostalgia! . . . If I get time one day I might completely re-build this design

Holy sh*t! That's just badass. I'm just wondering if the layer feature works in SketchUp Viewer...
-
Nah, even the latest version of SU viewer doesnβt support layers. Not that it makes much difference; SU Viewer is as unsecure as SU itself. Anyone with a free openGL printscreen program can grab the geometry. I'm still working my ar*e off with the model so expect the finished product to be much better.

Okay, so, no comments
Well, just a little something I done the other day. Itβs not very high priority but still something.
Models I hope to build:
M10
M12 (Other models in this line)
M14
I might try the M15
M600Yes, these will be scratch made, I know I converted some ages ago but they werenβt as accurate as these will be.
