I've been working on a Ute too...!
Nothing done to the rear window yet. I'll look into that later.I won't upload the model on the warehouse. Apparently, according to other users, the Ute doesn't have an outlandish bodykit or paint job to qualify... But I'll upload it here when it's done .

That looks very nice. I would love to see the model up close
I have update the limo version; rear side window revised a little
Plus!

Ok, so the Falcons are boring people...
How about A DB9?
I have been working on this for a while in private, although I have told one or two people.
I have also decided to try some Photo Textured lights...Should I?

Oooo. I should've known after seeing the DB9 wheel.
I'm not so sure about textures because they're notorious for slowing down the model while orbiting. They're also an excuse for getting something done without having to spend hours on a detail. But that depends on how well you use them. E.g. Mirza used textures and they were "meh", due to the way they were placed. Knowing your skill level, I'm ok with them.
Now that you made a DB9 (I prefer your models over imports ) I'll make it into a DBS. ALI-B made one, but I have a feeling this one will be better (I hope, I hope, I hope...).
Oh and I uploaded the B-500GT (racing version of the B-500S), incase you haven't seen it yet.
-
wow you do this stuff like its so easy
-
Well, when you love doing it and getting results then you usually get good ones. I try my hardest and spend as much time perfecting these things as I can, thats why my results are so good. But its not an easy thing....
-
i'm just amazed by that Aston
-
Yes, if I make a wheel I usually have something related planned.
I understand you concern over the photo textures but what I am trying to do is only apply the lights, indicators, etc as textures. I do, however, only apply them to highly detailed mesh to try to reduce any "tacky" look. They are only applied to small areas so the display time for them is very minimal and due to the less than complex mesh detail there are no real concerns. The wheels might slow the model a little but I can’t do much for that.
I wanna make a DBS...I wanna, I wanna, I wannaaaaaa!
If you want to make a DBS, feel free, but I intend to try make one anyway if I can. I also intend to make a V8 Vantage, N24, GT4 and N400...maybe...
BTW, thanks for the comment on preferring my models to imports, there are just too much poorly presented and made imports in the warehouse. No one seems to be bothering with making their own models.
I had a look at your B-500GT, mmmm, Gulf livery. It always makes a Mustang, GT40 or Lola look so at home on a race track. Great modd!
I have fixed a problem found with the door and mirror etc. If you compare this image to the other you'll notice the problem just under and infront of the side mirror
-
wow that looks real (minus the lack of interior)
(btw have you been haveing a glitch uploading these? because i get an error.)
-
Well, here it is, finished.

I decided to leave out photo textures after failing with the rear lights.
I hope you like it
-
Wow. Impressive collection. Are they by any chance available anywhere?
-
Unfortunately they are only of the digital world. I can only dream of the idea at the moment but thank you for the inquiry any way.
-
I meant the digital model. If they where on Google Warehouse or not.
-
Oh, yes. The link is above the images
-
Ah. Sorry man. I'm completely blind.
-
Thanks KDS, no I haven’t been having any problems.
I have decided to leave out interiors and most other complex details that lead to excessive modeling time in SU; such as Interior. I came to this conclusion after finding that I was never going to finish most of my projects if I continued this way. So, I am not going to have an interior in my Trojan Cobra. The old one didn't have one so I don’t see why the new one should. I have started work on it but it has only been minor. I will have interiors on some of my models but not others. I may only try engines if I feel the need to.
Here is the Trojan Cobra base model

Take off those big glasses and you might be able to see better
-
Great! So technically, the only changes so far on the base model has been the rear fog lights and Trojan logo? And can I upload the work I did on the one you sent me before?
-
Well Shams, technically, no. I have changed a few more things than that;
-Front indicators (added)
-Front bumper revision (smoothed hidden lines, fixed one other problem)
-Front panel revision (fixed one problem)
-Side skit revision (fixed two problems)
-Door revision (changed to a pillar less door)
-Boot revision (added Trojan logo)
-Rear brake lights (added indicators, fixed texture problem)
-Rear bumper revision (removed licence plate recess, smoothed hidden lines, added lower reverse lights, fixed two other problems)
-Changed body colour
-Changed wheelsI had started and had gotten well into making interior and some running gear but decided to abandon it.
So, I suggest you add your modifications to my uploaded model if you wish for them to be current. Feel free do as you please, I insist you modify it.
