this is an old job...... 2 or 3 years ago....the first space was rendered in maxwell beta, and the second space was one of the RC versions probably..hence the difference in look... not sure i've progressed much from these images in the last couple years! haha.. my wife just worked on the photo shoot the other night and got the proofs sent to her...so i figured i'd compare

First images are looking good, but the second one's are better. Your progress it's obvious! If you aiming photorealism, of course!

looks like a lot more of the original design intention got carried over in the second set
the renders give a great representation of the character of the future space though
