actually..in this market, like so many other developments.. this fancy column to showcase the project will be all that ever gets built..lol..

It is for an entrance to a large subdivision development. The first phase was built, columns and all. I am working with our landscape architect on phase 2. Still a newby to rendering, I had a few min to play this afternoon so I did.
