Plugin not showing up

I have downloaded the "window cutting" plugin but it's not showing up in the plugin
drop down.
I have Sketchup pro 6
If there's another plugin for cutting window and door openings through 8" thick walls
I am open to any suggestions.Thank you

I beleive it works on the context menu.
Bring in your window and place it on the wall. Right click selected window and choose Window & Wall/Make a Cutting Window
