Hi, this is my first complete house model in SketchUp.
We are building this house in Lakeway Texas (a suburb of Austin)
We are a Residential Design Build company
      It was rendered in Podium

Thanks for your comments James, I agree, that glass needs work.
I'm also not happy with the Stone Material I selected for the Courtyard Floor.
It will be flagstone, but I don't have a good image for it.

That is not a typical spanish house, but I would like to have one like that here, in Spain 😄

          It's beautifoul.

          Forgive my spanglish...

You are right pichuneke, I guess is what Americans call an "Spanish Style" Home.

Nice modeling and rendering, Eddy. About the glass, that texture looks great when there's a sky backdrop that matches it, as it appears like the sky is reflected in the windows. It almost works in the first image, but thee sky has fewer clouds and is lighter than the glass image. In the courtyard view, one would expect to see the opposite walls reflected inthe windows, so seeing the sky insttead looks odd. You might try a dark gray glass, adjusting the transparency, and then setting it's reflectancy in Podium. You miht also want to find a new grass texture - that pale green doesn't look natural.

                  My avatar is an anachronism.
