I also relly like the 3rd one, i thnk its probably te floor, ie got a bit of a thing for wooden floors
In the first 2: the tile texture seems pretty overpowering, perhaps tone it down a bit? use a smaller bumpmap perhaps.

I like the 3rd one the most. The floor is really cool. the walls of the other two make my eyes funny.
