Nice project Scott. Two crits:

1. Those shutters look odd on those large windows - I'd delete them.

2. Those large garage doors and flat roof above are so prominent and plain, compared to the rest of your design. Have you looked at maybe using two smaller doors instead of one? What about adding some dormers? And perhaps sliding one conndo unit forward, to brreak up that central mass?

Thanks guys for your comments. The design itself is not mine. I only did the 3d modeling of it and brought much the same comments to the builder but to no avail. Overall he was quite pleased with the images and hopefully there will be more work coming from this.

model looks great.. the only thing that distracts is the tiling grass- it looks like carpet. I learned a neat grass trick from this model here:

its a fast move that makes a ton of difference
