This is one of my favorite models to build. I wanted to see what podium is capable of and decided to and let it go on Noisy Settings for the weekend. Rendering time was 2days17hours and made 296 passes. This is completely untouched resized podium output.

wow! 2 days and only 200-some-odd iterations! if you want to make it render faster, hide or delete all the geometry thats not going to be in the render frame. that way, podium doesnt have to recodnize all the "extra" geometry thats not even going to be rendered! it would help alot, especialy if you have the entire school (im assuming thats what it is) made and are only rendering the front.

how did you achieve that space frame effect? did you just go crazy with Follow Me and Intersect with Model?

great model, i would want to get that file so i could try my hand at rendering, but my SU would probably crash just thinking about importing that big a model!my computer might as well have no grafix card, so i cant handle those big, high poly models 😒

The genius switch has no "off" position
Intelegence is natrual, it takes real effort to be ignorant

here's the SKP for anyone curious how i did it. It is a series of interlocking components. It is attached below.
