I'm sure that your birth attendant did not trained on that, but you got out just fine . I can't wait the learn-how-to-eat training unit, or peeing training unit (for babies, to teach them how to wet their diapers)
Some things just happen fine from thousands of years, no need training (or in those modern times people became dumber ?).
