it took a long time, but i think, finally, ive found a point for possible improvement
Personally, i think the FOV has ben overdone a bit in the render, depends on your taste, though.

Now all you have to do is dock with the Space Station! Nice work!!
-
Sure looks great..!!
Once again I'm impressed by the texturing you've done...! -
Thanks y'all
I plan to model Galactic one and the ISS when I get a chance. The Model is just over 2MB with textures at moment and needs some trimming when I have them all done I will make them available.
The new Ruby tools came in very handy in modeling the above ... thanks guys.

stop it! you're making my moderatly good modeling skills seem feeble! i want to see that ISS...
-
Nice job, Pete! Great model. Just curious, how did you map it? In SU, or in something like UVMapper?
-
great model.

Chipp
It was textured in SU using mostly seamless textures.

-
STOP IT!!!!!! you make me feel like a beginner!!!
-
Fantastic, realy good work, could i humbly ask how you do the backround?
-
Thanks y'all.
Dolphus, the second image on the first page is incorporated into the render by means of a plane (so it's rendered)
The first and last render on this page was done using 2 omni's only with a black background, the completed render was exported as a .png hence the background was eliminated and overlaid on an image. The second one is a straight render with multi-light omni's (stars selected in atmosphere setup).
