The first image is my neice Erin's starter home (not my design!). I thought it was lacking, so suggested a few affordable changes (second image).

Nicely Done Daniel. What program did you use beside SU?

Thanks, Scott. I used Vue Infinite for the rendering. I don't think it can be beat in the infinite number of realistic plants you can achieve.

Nicely done. I think that the only thing lacking is a few foreground trees. I understand that the house is the main focal point but the front is missing something.

Their lot is a large square field (former pasture) surrounded by woods, so there aren't any trees. I've added a few young trees along the perimeter of where i think their lawn would be. And, to tell you the truth, I only spent one night on the rendering.

Daniel, that is a great rendering!

Question. I notice in the first image (SU) the ground plane is the same front to back and in the rendering the finish floor level is much higher. Is this one of your suggestions, to raise the building? Just curious.

                  Thank you, Eric.
Their original plans called for a slab on grade. Raising the building was something they told me they were considering, so I ran with it.

Ah, so it is not an existing house... whew, that would have been an expensive renovation πŸ˜†

                    Again, nice rendering. πŸ‘
