Impression et ombres

bonjour,
débutant(!) sur Sketchup, j'ai un souci d'impression, en effet les ombres n'apparaissent pas à l'impression alors
qu'elles sont bien présentes sur l'écran
quelqu'un aurait il la solution
par avance merci -

as tu esseyer changer les 'Shadow Settings'?
faut choisir Window>Shadows ou choisir View>Toolbars>Shadows
