This is a law firm that will be in downtown Greensboro, NC. In the beginning stages, so any comments or suggestions welcome!

very clean model! the photo projections on the next door buildings are very effective, and the detailing in the cornice is great. It would be nice to see some of the facade elements matching the height of those in buildings next door- i.e. pull the cornice up to match the brick building and pull the entry canopy up to the same level as the existing canopies. what do you think?

I agree, that is a clean looking model.
The photo match on the adjoining buildings looks very good also.

I would really like to see this in context on site. Are you planning to add to this?

Yes, I do plan on doing the site as soon as we can get a design scheme done. So I will probably start it within the next week or two. Mirjman, I agree with you completely... I kind of ran out of time considering I was only given 2 hours to do this before the meeting. It will get done! Thanks guys!

              I agree, very clean model.
I assumed if one blended the sketchup look with actual photograph textures that the styles would not blend and the final would look... amateurish.

ie. when i create most of my textures for sketchup, I put a toon effect on them to dumb down the realism.

You proved me wrong. Very nice look.

Finally updated... new color scheme and made it cheaper (clients request!). What do y'all think?
