First post here and this is my third attempt for this rendering style.
Bids coming in today for this project so in august of 08' I can add it to the completed projects list.Let me know what you think about the rendering style / technique / or even the architecture. Constructive Criticism is always appreciated.

Nice work DC. I always like the watercolour effect
and in this instance it is well executed.I think you have composed the scene well with the eye
moving along the path / road edge and then bouncing
back onto the building from the 'cut off' flag poles.As far as the architecture goes I think we would need
to see more before commentingMike
