I just ordered the Gateway FHD2400 24" from Gateway. It should be here soon. All the reviews said it's better than Dell for reliability and appearance.

I'll let you know as soon as i get it.

      Take care,
      NChander

I know a guy that just bought a Dell 2407WFP and now has to go through an expensive GFX card upgrade so he can run the display at high resolution (1920 x 1200). He has 2x nVidia 8800 GTS 320MB GFX cards in SLI configuration and that setup isn't strong enough to enable him to game at that resolution. He's upgrading to either 2x nVidia 8800 GT 512MB in SLI configuration or 2x nVidia GTS 8800 512MB in SLI configuration GFX cards.

Anyhows, he loves the screen, good picture quality, etc. I've heard of another few very satisfied owners of that specific monitor.

In OZ dollars but I imagine its available world wide at an equivalent price.

I have the Dell 24" Ultrasharp and have been very impressed with it.
Works well, great images and aesthetically looks very nice.

Ditto to Dylan - I've had a 2405 for two years and it's just about perfect. Don't know about 2407 but I've had several Dell flatscreens (as well as Samsungs). Dell seems to be best value.
