First...please forgive naivete, but I did do some searching around first. I am starting to work on some larger models and was hoping there were a couple of mood savers available:
Is there a tool to rotate a component or group around its axis by selecting it and typing in direction and degrees rather than changing my view? (This way I can set up a page and rotate the stuff I place in it to suit my composition.)
Is there a tool to move objects relative to the camera? (Right now I'm drawing a line from a point in the forground to the object to move stuff closer or further away, but guessing red and green creeps to move stuff across the page.)
Finally, is there a tool or plug-in (or even another program that will accept SketchUp exports) to emulate sketchy edges?
Thanks in advance, and best, Tom.

Mover will only work with groups and components http://sketchuptips.blogspot.com/2007/08/plugin-mover-2.html . And look at Render Plus plugins Space Design and Retools http://forums.renderplus.com/wiki/index.php?title=RpTools . Space Design is a free subset of RpTools. RpTools has additional things like making alpha channels within SU, a nice Component Explorer window, component axis aimer, PDF stuff, and eventually Flat Path will be reintroduced, etc. Al's move wizard will move individual bits of geometry.
