Vintage Scroll Swivel Armchair by George Maulhauser for Plycraft

Finished it, rendering in Twinmotion since I did not have access to my tools since doing this on my wife's computer.
It was quite fun, it ends up quite heavy since I wanted to practice subdivision in creating holes on wooden parts of the chair´s base. Although I did forget to add a screw below one leg for hight adjustment. 😳
When I get home will post it on my 3D Warehouse page.

I used FredoSpline to define curve in profile, then move control points horizontally to get it in space, mirror it.
Use VertexTools to extrude the curve, as well to get width to a point it looks good.
After that JointPushPull to get the thickness and some more VertexTool to adjust.
Since I wanted to practice subdivision, it all comes down to the SubD plugin, creasing tool to crease edges, and QuadFace tools to add cut loops with the use of a new VertexSlide option inside VertexTools v2.
I tend to use the Ultimate Unwrap 3D app to make UV´s and then use the Quixel Mixer to texture model.
