Mise à jour trimble connect

bonjour à tous,
bon j'ai une fenêtre qui s'ouvre à chaque démarrage en me disant qu'il y a une extension à mettre à jour, quand je vais dans le gestionnaire je vois que trimble connect à une mise à jour dispo mais erreur à chaque fois ... ça vous le fait aussi ?
PS : chui en sketchup 2018
