Differences bewteen HtmlDialog and WebDialog

Js call back for WebDialog :
window.location = 'skp:ruby_messagebox@Hello World';

Js call back for HtmlDialog:
sketchup.say('Hello World', 42);

I found window.location also work for HtmlDialog.

Is there any differences?
