Vertical Walking - Vertiwalk

Hi Guys,
I came across the Vertiwalk today and was immediately impressed with the engineering / design and its huge potential as a space saver in buildings. The only drawback that comes to mind is regulatory fire escape requirements.
Maybe this could be overcome by an external enclosed slide ..... I know kids would love the idea and perhaps a few adults!
