Here with a file format SAT (from Moi)
Internal renderer is Yafaray
Absolutly no problem with the material libraries!

Drawings Walls, Doors, & Windows are sugar candy!

Export to Sketchup : 8, 13,14,15,2016 + DAE

But seems "Dynamism" of composants are losted and names of components are some kabalistic

In fact very easy to handle!

Roof is some rustic in pCon!

So better is use some boolean operations! (but always "one by one")
