SU to Revit
-
I wonder where to ask this?
If I give an export from SU to a proficient Revit user, can they use the model fairly easily (provided it's an OK model) to make a rendering? What's the export format? Thanks.

I found this: http://bimcompletethought.blogspot.com/2008/04/sketchup-to-revit.html but wonder if anyone has tried this route, as we may have some Revit user that will provide renderings.

I don't have any personal experience with Revit, however, on a weekly basis I export models to IFC which is imported to Revit and merged together with other models...
I've seen the result of this and it looks just fine...
I've never had any complaints about the models I've made... -
The SketchUp to FormIt converter will allow going from SketchUp->FormIt->Revit.
