Painterly approach using V-Ray+SketchUp

Happy new year all.
At these two renders tried to have a painterly approach. For the second one tried amplify the effect. to reach the fish skin effect I used Light cache engine only. some materials have bump/displacement.

There is no post pro at all. In fact I thought maybe this is a creative look to render presets! anybody here is interested in such look?
