How come a SU JPEG and an exported CAD file never match up ?

Am I doing something wrong, or what ?
An exported DWG slice section never seems to match up with an exported image of the same section on Photoshop.
I heard of SU having a certain "ratio", but I am not quite sure this is related.

What iare you trying to achieve?you are putting up drawing in illustrator where you put together dwg export and image export edited in photoshop ?
