I just didn't have time for context in these...next round. Meeting was at 8am saturday and I finished sometime late Friday night. Have some interiors too, but they were rushed and aren't quite there so they weren't shown...so I won't show you either

Cool work. I like the renders a lot. So they decided to cover the ashlar with brick? That little garage is part of the project?
As far as context go, getting rid of the neighborhood makes it look better. Easier to get through design review too.

yeah, that is all coming down..I think that's just a veneer as well. I haven't actually been out to the site, but my coworkers have.
the garage is part as well...turning it into a small indoor/outdoor bar as well as some storage and a spot for their dumpster.
