SU2014 - can't load EventRelay.dll

I use the plugin ERRightMousePan.rb long time.
In order for it to work you need to use EventRelay.dll.
But I foung it can't work in Sketchup 2014.
Does anyone know what to do?

It would need to be re-compiled against the Ruby 2.0.0 source, I think.

It needs to be re-built for SketchUp 2014.

And I thought I heard (in the Ruby Installer forum,) that Ruby 2.x require no longer supports DLL files.
But was told they could be renamed with SO extension.

I tried the renaming but it does not work.

SU2014 supports StandardLibrary, which supports fiddle. You could use it to export DLL functions.
