SU2014 - can't load EventRelay.dll

I use the plugin ERRightMousePan.rb long time.
In order for it to work you need to use EventRelay.dll.
But I foung it can't work in Sketchup 2014.
Does anyone know what to do?

It would need to be re-compiled against the Ruby 2.0.0 source, I think.

It needs to be re-built for SketchUp 2014.
And I thought I heard (in the Ruby Installer forum,) that Ruby 2.x
requireno longer supports DLL files.
But was told they could be renamed with SO extension.I tried the renaming but it does not work.

SU2014 supports StandardLibrary, which supports fiddle. You could use it to export DLL functions.
