What's up with the 3D Warehouse?

For some reason, the statistics for views and downloads for models on the 3D Warehouse haven't been updated since Dec. 11. Does anyone know whom to contact at Google or Trimble to find out what the problem might be?

Dear Scott,
I had an email from someone named Tommy at SketchUp support, and he seems to have fixed some of the models. However, the stats are 3 or 4 days old; before, they were only a day behind.
Here's a link the model I posted most recently to the Warehouse:

Error 404 (Not Found)!!1

Yep, I just chatted with Tommy and Jody on the support team, so I think we're on the same page now. I'll take a look. I suspect this is just a delay in when the server log parser ran over at Google. If you see another big gap, please let us know.

Hey David,

Google verified they had a mapreduce problem starting the 11th but that they've backfilled the missing data. They are actively working on a permanent solution, so you should be good from here on out. The stats may be a little laggy, but they're aware of the problem.
