Renovation

Here's a renovation of an old existing building. Currently, its a restaurant on the ground floor with a really horrible monthly unit hotel above... converting it to medical offices on the ground floor and new apartments throughout.
Not the greatest result on the 'realism' of the building, but... haha

Hello Jason, you know I'm gonna say "what a great looking old building"...but progress must go on I suppose. In a way it reminds me of Steve's gas station.

Really the exterior is just getting some new stucco colors, and window returned to what they should be. Things could be worse, they could've wanted to tear it down and build a strip mall like all around it!
