Any one use an IMAC for SU

I'm thinking about purchasing an IMAC and not sure if the built in graphics can handle SU.

I haven't actually tried one with SU but imagine it would be fine. The standard graphics card is, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 675MX graphics processor with 1GB of GDDR5 memory but it can be brought up to NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680MX with 2GB of GDDR5 memory.
Unless you are in a rush, you might hold off until the new Pro comes out later this year and see how this might work for you.

My Mac Pro has been giving me problems lately and cost me some work. It's time to spend some money. Not sure if I can swing the kind of dollars they are going to want for that new Pro but some day oh ya.

I have never had a problem with SketchUp and iMac, but I have had issues with LightUp inside SketchUp and my particular graphics card [ATI, which is no longer used]
If you use a renderer inside SU, it's worth check it's website/forum for issues...
