San Francisco row house

Row house for a San Francisco city lot....you find these more and more tucked in between the old row houses in the city neighborhoods.
-
Real nice. Like to see them w/o shadows.
Little dark. -
Nice work but what's the layout like? For me looking at exteriors is only half the experience
-
Nice design. I'm interested in the floorplans
-
Like it all. The images, though SU output work well due to simple color palette and cropping. Floor plan is the challenge on such a lot, but the elevations are also difficult-- to fit in and still stand out.

I'm a big fan of these houses as well. There is something about tight plots, maybe the great feeling you have when you successfully can squeeze a beautiful home in such difficult spaces. Here is an example which I had bookmarked long time ago:

Very cool design, Hector.
I see a lot of this type of houses around here.
I'd love to see what the interior is like.
Was it done for fun or was it a real project?

Hopefully Hector will be able to give us a look at the floor plans but if its not possible due to confidentiality, thats perfectly understandable.
Yes, designing infills in tight plots can be a challenge but often much more satisfactory than designing for large plots. It looks that this design is the result of a good design solution but as I say, I would need to see the plans before be confident in saying that.
I'm not being critical in any way about the elevations!

Thank you , it was done for fun having in mind the elevations and narrow lots of the row houses i see when i am in SF....i always have a loose floor plan when i draw structures, maybe i will take this one further and do a floor plan.

Looks great... Question: What are you going to do with the water runoff from either side row house?

It was done for fun...I love these houses and the clever use of space, my best friend in San Francisco lives in a row house and from the 1950s and the use of space is very clever.
