Cranked this one out in half a day for a client. Thought it came out great!

        Hi there,

Half a day?! That's pretty damn impressive.

There is still room for improvement, but I don't think anyone can complain about the quality when your turnaround time is measured in hours rather than days.

I think it's great you can work that fast. The quickest turnaround I can manage for an image like this one would be 24 hours and that's only if I'm glued to the chair with no breaks in between. I guess that's one reason why I'm not doing well as a freelancer.

Did you use Podium? I think I recognise some of the elements that you used in the scene.

        Regards,

        Ken.

Sketchup shines when speed is needed. Good work for the turnaround. I did an overnight 10hr shift recently, it is possible although i didn't use maxwell in that instance !

Working from construction drawings speeds up the process πŸ˜„I've cranked out models faster from sketches

Maxwell was used to accurately model the lighting from an HDRI and many elements from the Podium model pack bring a bit of realism to a smaller budget render.

I did this one in 4 hours from a JPG architectural sketch
