In Need of Custom Slicing PlugIn For 3D Printing

I am an architect who is in need of an plugin to slice complex models. I have two Zcorp 450 powder printers and would like to be able to slice an exploded model quickly and create numbs and recieving holes to reconnect the model. The reason for this is my build tray is 9"x9"x12" and I need to print models 4 times the size of the build tray. I could do it manually, but it is labor intensive.
See the attached file for what I am looking for.
If anyone is interested in writing the exptension, I would be willing to print a couple of models, and post process them in exchange.

I gave it a shot some time ago and it did not work well. I will see if anything has chenged. Thank you for the suggestion.
