Menu "Plugins" invisible version 8

Bonjour,
J'ai un collègue qui vient d'installer la dernière version 8 de SU et le menu Plugins est absent, est-ce que vous pouvez me suggérer une solution?Merci

Si le dossier plugin est vide c'est normal: charger des un plugin et redémarrer SU.
