Wide Format-What Brand Really Does It?

Hi, I posted earlier about my HP 7500A Inkjet using Windows 7. Does anyone use and have success getting a drawing filling up a 13x19 page? With any printer? The OfficeMax-where I got my HP-has been #1 Excellent to me. The other Wide Format printers they carry are HP7000, Epson WF series, and a couple of others. I would like a drawing to blow up to fill the 13 x 19 paper-is this possible in the $3-400 budget? HP help line was, unfortunatly, not helpful. Thanks, Dave
