i dont see why not either. it should be simple. and it doesnt matter if you have zero knowlage of sketchy physics, the ui is as easy to learn as SU. you'll be farmiliar with it in no time.

if you look up soap box cars on the warehouse you will find that many people created their own including me it would be nice too see other people doing that too
