Good beginning, but could use some improvement, such as:

      1. Using different materials/textures/colors on the buildings, so they aren't identical.
      2. Adjusting the wood grain to run in teh correct direction on different elements.
      3. Better sky image.

      My avatar is an anachronism.

Hello moayed, your render looks canny but you really need to work on your textures a little more. The little things stick out to spoil a scene, the wood grain on your boats are in the wrong orientation and your bricks need scaling correctly. Small things like adding joints to the coping and giving it a over-hang will make all the difference. Please don't take this as criticism, it's not meant that way.
        regards John

Are those the wires showing in the crack on the top of the leftmost building?

          Great start though.

            moayed

There are a lot of things you could do to improve the render, how about this:

You upload the model and folks here that have the time can render it (and do some fixes) that way you can see what they do that makes it look more realistic, and not only you but others can also learn from it.

If you see a toilet in your dreams do not use it.
