First renders comment

Hello,
I've just finished my first renders with sketch-up / vray.
I'm sure there is plenty of improvent, but I don't know how to do it and where to look at....
So any comment to improve my skills are more than welcome ...One picture is a replacement of a façade (middle building with wood)
Second picture is a proposal for a meeting room.

At first glance at the exterior image, wasn't sure which was model and which was photograph.
