Hi there!I'm new user and member of this forum and would like to share with you all my latest project for my design studio class.
My goal this past semester was to learn and understand basic rendering using SU and Vray.
From the start I knew that a realistic result was not my goal ,I needed quick and good looking images that can support and remark all the 2d information (floor plans ,elevations ,sectiones + diagrams). Therefore the final images have that "watercolor-line drawing " intention.

The project is an Art Gallery and is located in Munich .GER.I even took a plane there to see the site and make some sketches .(I live in Spain so is not that far away 😄)
I learnt how to use PS brushes to add that watercolour feeling and a few other things regarding the use of RoundEdge Plugin to avoid 90º perfect mathematic edges.

I also learnt that I should 've spent more time looking for the right spot to set the viewer. There's too much deformation on the vertical lines in such a low building.

These images are very pleasing in their own way, whether there are technical deficiencies or not. I am not an experienced renderer, so I could not help you there.

I take the slow, deliberate approach in my aimless wandering.
