Hinge stronger than piston

I have made a model of a mechanism I will use in real life, just for fun, but anyway...The tube in the model is hinged and the piston connedted to it should pull the flap, so that neutral position would be when flap is horizontal.
How can I make one component have more force than another? I have tried altering several values in the UI window without luck.Maybe my model shows it better.
