Here is an apartment project from the past that I used to practice watercolour techniques....

I think the effect is too strong in this one. The modeling looks really good and well done but the watercolor effect kind takes away from the detail/models.

the texture is kind of "taking over" the impression. Is that FotoSketcher? Maybe you could try to process with less intensity and instead two or three times, this works for me in some cases.a.

I have adjusted the strength of the effect and brush, here are the result with bloom version....
