Hi, this is my first two projects with SketchUp.
I use SketchUp 7, v-ray for rendering and no other plug-ins.Motorcycle Concept D1 Night Green
I have some problems, but I think it is a good start

Very cool Vihrogon. I like it.
Have you been to the Asgvis website (downloads section)? There are some really good materials. Check them out: http://software.asgvis.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=57&Itemid=439&Ctitle=Materials
Use the black rubber material for your tires. Right now your tires look so dark, that we don't see the details. There are also some nice metal materials.
Last but not least, I would suggest to use HDRI image. Your render will look better and more realistic.

I am questioning the turning radius. With the handlebars that long it is going to be difficult to turn this bike at slow speeds.

Real produced Dodge Tomahawk can't even turn. ) -
Actually....I work for Chrysler/Dodge and regularly see the Tomahawk. It CAN turn and rides quite well from what we hear. There are more than enough videos showing it during rides.
