Does sketchyphysics work on a mac? If so, how do I install it... not seeing where a plugins folder is.
      Thanks!

I can't speak to whether Sketcyphysics works on a mac, but your plugins folder is Macintosh HD/ Library/Application Support/Google SketchUp 7/SketchUp/ Plugins

        or
Go to your application folder ie. Macintosh HD/ Applications/Google SketchUp 7, open the Google SketchUp folder and right click (context click) on the Sketchup file and choose ..Show Package Contents.. open the contents file and your Plugins folder is there .

There is a link on this page that says "SP for Mac".
          http://sketchyphysics.wikia.com/wiki/SketchyPhysicsWiki

          Direct link!
          http://sketchyphysics2.googlecode.com/files/SketchyPhysics3RC1-MacAndWin-Fixed.zip

It´s a .zip file and probably to extract the file in the Plugin folder that previous Reply says by "dale".

Thanks for the tips on how to find the plugins folder and the win and mac zip file!
So, I have the files in the plugins folder, but don't see anything about it inside of sketchup 7 pro, whether under plugins or anywhere else. Any suggestions? Many thanks

Sorry once again I can't be sure of SketchyPhysics specifically, but two things to try.
First does it appear under your SketchUp drop down menu at the top of your screen under preferences and need to have a check in the box to make it active?
Secondly if it is a zipped file, did you unzip it on your desktop or in the plugins file folder. Which ever one you did, try the opposite. I don't know why but sometimes it just works.
              Hope this helps.

Good idea to look under preferences, but to no avail.
Being a mac, I can't actively unzip them, when I open the file it does so automatically, and then I copied them from there into the plugins folder.
It should show up under the plugins menu though, right? All I have there is cost.

Thank you for your help though, and I hope that people do continue to add suggestions and advice... I could really use this right now.

                  Success!!

                  Got it to work.
I was right clicking the app and getting to the plugins that way. Didn't work. When I went the long way to /Library/Application Support/Google Sketchup 7/Sketchup/plugins
then it worked. Different location... truly mattered.

Thanks to all of you for your help!
